In 2017, she launched felderofficial.com which began with an educational perspective, noting insightful guidance encouraging her former middle school students. The content began to grow, developing material exclusive to self-development and womanhood in America and as a modern day christian. After attending the Woman Evolve Conference in 2019, Dr. Felder curated two self-authored books published in 2020 "Peace Belongs to Me, An Affirmation for Development" and "The Purposeful Woman, A 30 Day Devotional". In 2021, she began her doctoral journey with Peabody College, Vanderbilt University, studying Higher Education Leadership and Policy, where her passion for reform was cultivated and realized. Her doctoral research has explored enrollment management topics including transfer articulation agreements as well as affirmative action in admissions topics. Her writing content on felderofficial.com amplifies discourse on higher education, policy, and womanhood. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. the oldest African American sorority where "Service to All Mankind" is the motto and standard.
